These floor plans meet various needs and lot sizes. Each floor plan has been optimized to provide you with a plan that can be built as is or easily modified to fit your particular needs both inside and out. Each floor plan can fit at least three different exterior styles as well as other popular features like bonus rooms, sunrooms, extra bedrooms, mother-in-law suites, and basements.
