| The Structure Cost is also refered to as the "On Your Lot" price because this price is strictly for the materials and labor it takes to construct a home on your land.
One easy way to picture what is included is to imagine pulling a house off a lot and into the air... all that comes with that house as it is pulled up into the air is what is included in the structure price... roof, walls, finishes, fixtures, up to an average four course foundation and 1,000 square foot of concrete for walks and drives.
Everything that is left behind such as land, landscaping, permanent utilities, government fees, etc. is not included but is part of the other pricing pieces - land and site prep.
